Baseball Training - Plyometric Jumps

Hello,


If you're looking for a way to increase speed


and explosiveness plyometric jumps could be the


thing you're looking for.


Plyometric's will "teach " your body to become more


explosive by working the stretch - shortening cycle.


If you're a beginner start with low jumps, and progress


to higher jumps.

Baseball Training Overhead Squat

Hello,
It's a great time of the year Spring Training
is in full swing, baseball season will be starting very soon.

Baseball season for high schools across the country
has started.

Hopefully you've done your "homework" so to speak.
Your body is feeling strong, your arm is healthy,
and you're conditioned to stretch a double into a triple:)

If not I have just the video for you.

The video I've posted is guaranteed to stretch and strengthen
your arm and condition your body to cut off any ball in the hole:)

Baseball Training - Power Clean

Hello,

Welcome to the first post on Premier Baseball Strength & Speed
Camp.
Explosive power is very important in all sports
especially in baseball.


The ability to accelerate from a standstill i.e. when stealing a base

or when swinging the bat is very important

Here's the first video of many more.

This is a video of a power clean. There are countless other

exercises to build explosiveness for baseball,

this exercise isn't the end all exercise for baseball training,

just another tool
