Baseball Training Overhead Squat

Hello,
It's a great time of the year Spring Training
is in full swing, baseball season will be starting very soon.

Baseball season for high schools across the country
has started.

Hopefully you've done your "homework" so to speak.
Your body is feeling strong, your arm is healthy,
and you're conditioned to stretch a double into a triple:)

If not I have just the video for you.

The video I've posted is guaranteed to stretch and strengthen
your arm and condition your body to cut off any ball in the hole:)
