Baseball Training - Plyometric Jumps

Hello,


If you're looking for a way to increase speed


and explosiveness plyometric jumps could be the


thing you're looking for.


Plyometric's will "teach " your body to become more


explosive by working the stretch - shortening cycle.


If you're a beginner start with low jumps, and progress


to higher jumps.
